Local Law 97: What it is and how we can help

#LocalLaw97, also known as the Climate Mobilization Act, is the city's most ambitious climate legislation for buildings to date.

Starting January 1, 2024, new and existing New York City buildings greater than 25,000 SF will need to comply or be subjected to substantial fines.
